Originally from Japan, his jet-black hair and dark brown eyes cause his peers to shun him and give him the nickname "Black Reaper," based on a popular urban legend about the traveler who brings death in the spring. Like she should of gone into the fog, gathered resources to defeat morgo or something.Kazuya Kujou is a foreign student at Saint Marguerite Academy, a luxurious boarding school in the Southern European country of Sauville. Whats irritating is a lot of things work, good art and voice acting but just to short, it needed even a hour more would of been more satisfying. IT would be fine I have played games that were very short before but usually they are free or a few bucks this was the price of a full game. Yeah thats what is sticking to me, I can't keep thinking about it because it just because the game was more or less a setup for a game but no actual game. I wasn't surprised it was over, I was surprised it was over without even starting. It would have been cool to see Senersedee from the inside, at least, to get some sort of closure on a few points throughout the story. I was looking forward to seeing where she went and how she interacted differently from how Fran did. Add into the calculation that I got FB on sale at Humble Bundle & have played it through twice, using the same math, I owe the dev's at this point. So using the "dollar per hour" math applied by many, I'll have paid about twice that (not including times I may play it again after enough time has passed). I expect to play the game at least two more times in the short term, & don't expect those playthroughs to be any shorter. The one playthrough I've made so far lasted me three hours, & I rushed some things due to being tired. For example, I've seen screenshots & cutscenes (in the sales media) that show a good amount of content I haven't experienced yet. I do disagree w/ reviews that state the game's length as two-three hours, as it's impossible to explore all the game's content in a single playthrough. That said, it would have been helpful if it had been made really clear, prerelease, that this game was going in a significantly different direction. Given FB was the only game the devs had made previous, & given it achieved a certain notoriety, there really wasn't any other sensible way to go in terms of marketing. an interactive movie, where you get to choose what happens next. It suddenly jumped to double that price, for what? There are interactive movies now on Netflix and this is precisely what Little Misfortune is. Not to mention, last year the price tag was slated at $9.99. And the price tag on it absolutely does not match its value for me. The music and art in this game were very well done, but that's about it, in my opinion. If you create a masterpiece, which I believe Fran Bow was, then you create expectations of your content. I completely understand why people are disappointed. even though musicians also adapt and change creatively. You'd expect death metal, not high pitched songs about relationships. It's like a band whose career is known for death metal, and they come out with a new album which is some experimental bubblegum pop ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
